NFL week 6 is fast approaching and it is time for us to turn the page from week 5 where we went 9-4 ATS for our subscribers, including 3-0 ATS with our BEST BETS which were the Steelers (-4) over the Seahawks, Jaguars (-2) over the Chiefs, and the Dolphins (+5.5) over the Texans. We will have FIVE BEST BETS this week and look to continue on our 10 year record of picking at 60 percent efficiency. Lets take a look at the lines for the week 6 games and some early thoughts. Official picks and BETS BETS come out on Thursday.

TIDBIT: Our favorite angle of home underdogs was a money-maker again as they finished 3-1 ATS in week 5 (49ers, Bills, Rams covered and Chiefs missed).

CARDINALS 4 Panthers: Arizona is 2-0 ATS at home and they take on a weak Carolina team reeling with the loss of Jake Delhomme. Carolina plays tough D however and there is guarantee that Cards QB Kurt Warner can stay upright for the whole game.

RAVENS 10 Rams: Big spread for the offensively woeful Ravens (0-5 ATS) against a truly terrible Rams team. St. Louis showed spunk in losing close to Cards last week but the Ravens play much tougher D and could be due for a big game.

BEARS 5 Vikings: Bears saved their season with big win on road against Packers but they could be due for a letdown. Vikings come off a bye and they have history of playing Bears close.

Bengals 3 CHIEFS: Home underdog alert here as KC is in that spot for second week in a row which is a big betting positive. Bengals coming off by however and would be tough to see them losing 4 in a row.

BROWNS 4.5 Dolphins: Miami is the worst team in the NFL but they could get a spark with new QB Cleo Lemon. Browns are tough as a home underdog (2-0 ATS) but giving points is not their strength.

PACKERS 3 Redskins: Packers looking to avoid back-to-back home losses but they go against a tough Redskins team that is playing great defense.

JAGUARS 6.5 Texans: Offensively challenged Jaguars giving almost a TD to decent enough Texans squad that could get RB Ahman Green and WR Andre Johnson back for this one. Jags playing great defense however and they are the type of stop unit that could give the young Texasn fits.

Patriots 4.5 COWBOYS: What a game here as the Cowboys are a home underdog against the Patriots. Cowboys let down against the Bills but still pulled out the win. Patriots have scored 34 or more in each game and have gone 5-0 ATS.

Eagles 3 JETS: Home underdog alert here as the reeling Jets need to make a last stand to save their season. They should be extra-focused and ready to go. Eagles come off bye however when theye are 8-0 straight up under Andy Reid.

CHARGERS 10 Raiders: Big division game here as the Raiders come off a bye fully ready to take on the Chargers who had a confidence-building win against Broncos.

SEAHAWKS 6.5 Saints: Saints are 0-4 ATS and they are absolutely desperate. Seahawks go back home after losing badly on road to Steelers and they shoule be primed for a good showing.

BUCCANEERS 3 Titans: Interesting game here as Buc's go home to take on surprising Titans. Tampa due to rebound after no-show against Colts and Tennesse is 4-1 ATS.

Giants 3.5 FALCONS: Home underdog alert as Falcons as in same position they were in when they beat Texans two weeks ago. Giants could letdown after three straight impressive wins against inferior squad. New York is surging however and they should win this one even if they don't give top-notch effort.
