rest of our readers (rest of the games).
ARIZONA CARDINALS 1.5
Detroit Lions: Surprised to see the Lions not favored here as it seems
Detroit is still not getting rspect from the linesmakers. This is a
great opportunity to jump on an improving team getting points. On the
other hand, the Cardinals are 4-1 ATS at home so they will be playing
tough.
BALTIMORE RAVENS 4.5 Cincinnatti Bengals: Both teams are
struggling badly with the Ravens not being able to score and the
Bengals not being able to stop anyone. That makes this game tough to
figure based on those premises but the Bengals have a decent enough
offense that getting 4.5 points is attractive. The Ravens play tough at
home however as they are 4-1 ATS and can't do any worse than last night
against the Steelers.
BUFFALO BILLS 3 MIAMI DOLPHINS: Dolphins
have a shot here to finally get their first win, despite the Bills
winning four straight. Miami is off a bye and is in the great betting
angle of being a home underdog.
CAROLINA PANTHERS 4.5 Atlanta
Falcons: Both teams are disgusting on offense so getting 4.5 with the
Falcons looks good in what figures to be a low-scoring game. The
Panthers however have gone 6-2 ATS in their last 8 against Atlanta.
Chicago
Bears 3 OAKLAND RAIDERS: The Raiders are a joke and the Bears are the
biggest dissapointement in football. Chicago is off a bye however and
they are getting healthy. Oakland is a home underdog however and ae on
their second game of back-to-back home games which if always a good
betting angle if they droppd the first game which they accomplished.
Dallas
Cowboys 1 NEW YORK GIANTS: Giants have to be annoyed that they are a
home underdog after winning six in a row and they will be playing all
out to prove the doubters wrong. Giants are also off a bye.
GREEN
BAY PACKERS 6.5 Minnesota Vikings: Green Bay is rolling after
back-to-back road wins but you have to be aware of a letdown here at
home against a bad Vikings squad as teams coming off back-to-back road
wins are only 20-41-1 ats at home. The Vikings are only 2-8 ATS in
their last ten in Green Bay however.
Indianapolis Colts 3.5 SAN
DIEGO CHARGERS: Interesting game here as Colts head out on the road to
take on the Chargers. Both teams are off a loss so the bouce back angle
is in play for both sqauds. The extra half-point makes this one tough
to call at this point.
KANSAS CITY CHIEFS off Denver Broncos: This game is off the board due to status of injured Broncos QB Jay Cutler.
NEW
ORLEANS SAINTS 12 St. Louis Rams: The Saints have won four in a row and
are home to take on the winless Rams. St. Louis is getting healthy
however and are still trying for that elusive first win. Saints have
bad defense so this could be closer than expected. If Saints come out
firing like they did last week against the Jaguars however, than this
one could be over quickly.
PITTSBURGH STEELERS 9.5 Cleveland
Browns: The Browns have been the biggest surprise in the league and
they are getting a ton of points to boot. Steelers look absolutely
dominant at home however and play the type of defense that could give a
young quarterback like Derek Anderson trouble.
TENNESSEE TITANS off Jacksonville Jaguars: Game off the board due to status of injured Jags QB David Garrard.
WASHINGTON
REDSKINS 3 Philadelphia Eagles: Eagles are always tough off a loss (9-2
ATS) but the Redskins have covered four of the last five at home in the
series.
SEATTLE SEAHAWKS 10 San Francsico 49ers: The 49ers are
the worst offensive team in football and they have to now go on the
road to take on a Seahawks team that has had problems with
inconsistency.
